  • Target local companies without a toastmasters club with an advertising drive.
  • Obtain local press coverage.
  • Exploiting the SRI ambassador program by encouraging members to become ambassadors and ensuring that all ambassadors are informed about the benefits of toastmasters.
  • Capturing the names of new SRI employees from the Scene at SRI publication then actively pursing them.
  • Ensure that we are registered with the Division’s hot line leads.
  • Ensure that members achievement (e.g. CTM) are publicized inside SRI.
  • President will send weekly summary messages to remind members how much fun our meetings are!
  • Club members will be encouraged to donate their Toastmasters magazine for guest packets.
