- Target local companies without a toastmasters club with an advertising drive.
- Obtain local press coverage.
- Exploiting the SRI ambassador program by encouraging members to become ambassadors and ensuring that all ambassadors are informed about the benefits of toastmasters.
- Capturing the names of new SRI employees from the Scene at SRI publication then actively pursing them.
- Ensure that we are registered with the Divisions hot line leads.
- Ensure that members achievement (e.g. CTM) are publicized inside SRI.
- President will send weekly summary messages to remind members how much fun our meetings are!
- Club members will be encouraged to donate their Toastmasters magazine for guest packets.
